Hello all, and welcome to August’s update! While for the most part it’s been a nice bit of time off, there were some nice drumming things going on too which kept me occupied! However, much of the month was spent holidaying or DIY’ing while my wife and I had some time off together, which was nice to make the most of!

As has been the trend over the last few months, things have been gradually moving in the right direction in my world throughout May, although there is of course still a long way to go. I’ve been teaching regularly, and there have been emails about gigs and rehearsals etc going back and forth, so there are things in the diary to look forward to!
Read MoreApril was a fairly relaxed month for me, with the Easter break taking out a couple of weeks of teaching and there still not being a great deal of playing in the diary at the moment, unfortunately! Still, I’m not complaining as the sun has been shining and we were able to enjoy getting out and about a bit more; enjoying restaurants reopening, as well as catching up with some friends and family in our gardens etc, which was very welcome!
